Do you take a refundable deposit?
Yes we do. This is stated in the information about the product in the online shop. We will though make sure we refund this as soon as we receive the items back in good condition.
What do we do if we want to extend the hire period?
Contact us and we will arrange it if at all possible.
Can we buy a product from you if we have enjoyed using it?
Yes you can. Please contact us and we will provide you with a special price.
How do I know how things work?
All our products are provided with full manufacturers’ instruction leaflets. We have also carefully selected our products so that we offer items which are easy and convenient to use.
What do I do if the equipment I received was broken?
Equipment that is broken upon receipt MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS of receipt. We will endeavour to sort out a replacement as quickly as possible.
Toy Box Rental
What if we only want to exchange some of the toys at the end of the month?
You can keep the toys you get from Mini Lodgers for as long as you like, as long as you pay a monthly fee. At the end of the month you may send back the toys you would like to return and you can pick toys to replace them with.
How much do the plans cost?
- Package 1: Which gives you up to credits at per month
- Package 2: Which gives you up to credits at per month
- Package 3: Which gives you up to credits at per month
We also take a refundable deposit of £80. This is fully refunded as soon as we receive the toys back in good condition.
What do I do if I want to purchase one or more of the toys I was sent this month?
Call or e-mail Mini Lodgers and they will quickly tell you your special price. Upon approval your card will be charged and the toy will be removed from your online Toy Box.
What do I do if the toy I received was broken?
Toys that are broken upon receipt MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS of receipt. If the toy you received was broken, report the broken toy in the contact us section. Once we receive your report we will send you a voucher for an additional toy in your next toy box. When you return the box please INCLUDE THE BROKEN TOY.
What happens if I miss the delivery of my toys?
The courier will attempt to deliver your toys. If you are not there you can re-arrange delivery or you can arrange for them to be taken to your local post office so that you can collect them from there.
How are the toys cleaned?
Mini Lodgers takes the cleanliness and safety of the toys very seriously. Toys are cleaned using Milton Antibacterial products.
Can I cancel at anytime?
There are no tie-ins and no contract. After returning any toys you have, you may cancel your membership by calling .
Do I need to keep the box you sent the toys in?
Yes. You must send the toys back in the box and bag they arrive in.
Do your courier fees include both the delivery and return of the goods?
Yes they do.
Do you provide batteries?
You will see that all toys which need batteries list the batteries required in the toy description. We do not supply batteries with the toys. We suggest that when you order your toys you make a note of the batteries required and then just add them to your shopping list at the supermarket. You can then remove them when you send the toys back and keep them for your next toy box!
