Courier Deliveries And Collections

You can choose to either collect your goods in person from us in Cheshire OR have them delivered and collected at the end of the rental period.

If you choose to collect your items we will arrange a time for you to come to pick them up.  If you have not heard from us within 48 hours of placing your order please contact us on 0800 917 7526.

Baby Equipment Deliveries

All deliveries are undertaken by a courier firm who can deliver to either a residential OR business address. Standard delivery (Monday to Friday) is between 08.30 and 17.30. You can upgrade this service to before 12.00 or before 09.00.  Our total charges are as follows and they include both the delivery and return of the goods.

• £23 for standard delivery
• £25 for before 12.00
• £29 for before 09.00

NB If the courier is unable to deliver you do have the option to collect the goods from the local depot, re-arrange delivery the next day or have the goods delivered to your local post office on the next day for an additional 50 pence (payable to the courier firm – explained on the card the driver will leave when he attempts delivery).

The courier will collect the goods from you on the day you have stated is the end date of your hire. Remember courier delivery and collection is only available Monday to Friday (additional charge of £12 for Saturday deliveries).

In the unlikely event that your order is in excess of 30kgs this amount will increase. We will contact you should this be the case. For your peace of mind the approximate weights are between 6kgs and 12kgs for car seats, 8kgs for travel cots and 6-8kgs for highchairs.

Toy Box Deliveries

All deliveries are undertaken by a courier firm who can deliver to either a residential OR business address.  Boxes will be delivered between 08.30 and 17.30.  The total cost for UK delivery is £10 and this includes both the delivery and return of the toy boxes.

NB If the courier is unable to deliver you do have the option to collect the toys from the local depot, re-arrange delivery the next day or have the toys delivered to your local post office on the next day for an additional 50 pence (payable to the courier firm – explained on the card the driver will leave when he attempts delivery).

The courier will collect the goods from you on the agreed date at the end of your hire. Remember courier delivery and collection is only available Monday to Friday.
